Oh my, what a trainwreck. An elegant typeface with a well-integrated mark was replaced with an exceptionally ugly font (kerning too tight, word spacing too wide, a mess of line widths in general, horrible capital A) and a symbol that looks like it was bought at logotemplates.com for $5. The whole thing looks cheap and shifty: Not at all the image a bank wants to convey.
And to top it off, it's vaguely similar to the logo of the Austrian state lottery...
